Changes in appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling.
BW Computer Services reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate customer's first choice of date and time.

BW at home services limited to towns stated, although possible arrangements can be made for other areas if technician available..
Payment for services is expected at time of service is rendered.
All customers receive an estimate prior to initiation of services. This is just an estimate the price may vary, if further work required. Customer will be notified in advance of possible additional fees.
